An Antioch woman was arrested on suspicion of felony hit-and-run causing injury in Concord on Wednesday. 911 calls started coming in at 8:30 AM reporting a rollover accident near Sun Valley Mall on Contra Costa Boulevard. The police arrived to find the reported vehicle on its roof near the roadway. The vehicle's driver, a 16 year old boy, had suffered minor injuries and had already escaped from the vehicle by the time police were on the scene. His family refused treatment for him at the scene.

Upon investigation police learned that a third car had been involved in the crash, and the driver had fled the scene. That vehicle was believed to have caused the accident. Police were able to identify the driver as 31-year-old Antioch resident Ramona Croitor and arrest her later that day.
